Terms and Conditions of Sale

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY! THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS INFORMATION ABOUT KICKBUTTCOMPUTERS.COM PURCHASE, WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICIES.

All orders are subject to approval of KickButtComputers.com and we reserve the right to sell to anyone.

Limited Warranty and Return Policy:

All products sold have a 1 year, 2 year or 3 year limited warranty depending on the product and/or warranty purchased. Some components, for example Western Digital hard drives carry manufactures warranty of 3 years or 5 years. In the event that a component has a greater warranty than the warranty offered by KickButtComputers.com, then the customer will be responsible for product repair or replacement by that manufacture.

All returned products must be approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization by KickButtComputers.com. Products returned to us without prior consent does not constitute that a Return Merchandise Authorization or refund will be issued. Shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer. KickButtComputers.com builds custom made-to-order products and are subject up to a 30% restocking fee depending on the product and amount of customizing done to that product. Usually, unless a product is not as represented on KickButtComputers.com website it is not subject to a return without a restocking fee.

What the KickButtComputers.com Warranty does cover:

Defects or failure of components for the duration of the chosen Warranty Program length of time.

What the KickButtComputers.com Warranty does not cover:

Software.

Shipping costs.

Problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, theft, loss, or problems with electrical power.

Servicing by non authorized, non certified, unqualified technicians.

Usage that is not in accordance with products intended use.

No preventive maintenance, such as removing excessive dust, exhausted fans, etc.

Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by KickButtComputers.com.

Products for which KickButtComputers.com has not received payment.
